I downloaded this book to read something light and entertaining during the weekend. However, this was so much more!!

Yes, the plot was nothing new and the happily ever after could be easily guessed very early in the book. BUT the emotional up and downs between the hero/heroine kept me riveted. How Nikki’s hero worship towards Carson transformed into deep and true love and devotion was very sensitively depicted. Moreover, I absolutely loved how Carson gradually found out that age isn’t something defined exclusively by numbers but by awareness, personality and that age is a state of mind.

Interesting background info on the hero/ine and how they coped with the aftermath of their childhood made the book very interesting. The secondary characters supported the plot superbly – especially Nikki’s father who was an absolute guest star.

Loved it! Definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed reading this book. I kept me up late, I didn't want to put it down. I definately recommend this book.
Great Book, I am slowly working my way through the series of Wingmen Warriors but have not been disappointed. Each book is exciting and can't wait to finish the series.

Great story. Love those military guys. Both Carson and Avery are solid real people. Good love story. You should read it.
I really love all of Catherine Mann's books!
The story grips you from the very beginning, with the main character waking up in a haze with a dead body in the room to boot. Enter the reluctant hero from her past and they are on the run, solving the murder and why everyone seems to be after them. A great story line, with glimpses of other characters from the Wingman series. A real page turner, which I read in one sitting. Highly recommend this book as I do all Catherine Mann novels.
